No refunds will be provided after twenty four hours of our service being completed.

Cancellation Policy

It is almost impossible for our company to replace a cancelled booking when only given 48 hour’s notice which means our company literally loses money. Had we have been given sufficient time (48 hours or more) we could have booked another client into that spot. By choosing to be respectful and honorable you will ensure a good relationship between you as the customer and us as the service provider.

If you (the customer/client) cancel a booking with our company (inside of 48 hours of the booking time) and you do not re-book on the same day you may be charged an amount. Should you cancel a booking you have with us (inside of 48 hours of the booking time) due to any other reason than a life threatening emergency (which you must prove with medical documents) you must pay the amount due in full within forty eight hours of the booking time (many places charge 50%) or a %. The only exemption is if you make an alternate time at the time of cancellation where you MUST re-book within no more than 30 days and pay a 50% deposit to ensure the booking this time round. (All bookings are prepaid)

To ensure a happy relationship between you and our company remember to be honorable, keep the booking you chose to make with our company unless of a life threatening emergency.

Payment Policy

DATA METRICS LLC undertake appointments only on a prepaid in full basis. Any consultancy work is done on a contractual basis with terms, including amount of payment, prearranged. No job proceeds prior to a prior arranged payment deposit.

Proprietary Information
